Appointments
Where slots are opening now
For most Schengen visas the biometric appointment is the real bottleneck, not the visa. Here is a recent snapshot by country, soonest first. Start early so you do not miss your window.
Select your date
Pick the date before it vanishes. We lock it with the centre the moment you pick.
Booking is confirmed live with the centre before anything is paid.

The basics
What a Schengen visa covers
One short-stay visa lets you travel across the whole Schengen Area, 29 European countries, for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. It is for tourism, visiting family or friends, and most business trips. You apply to one embassy, then move freely between the countries once you are in.

Prevention
Why Schengen visa applications get refused
Most refusals come down to a handful of avoidable mistakes. Here is what tends to go wrong, and what to do instead.
Why it fails
Applying through the wrong country
What to do instead
Apply through your main destination, or first point of entry if your trip is split evenly, not whichever centre has the easiest appointments.
Why it fails
Reusing documents from an old or refused application
What to do instead
Reassess and update every document so it reflects your current trip and dates.
Why it fails
Inconsistent information across documents
What to do instead
A clear cover letter, with names, dates and figures that match across the whole file.
Why it fails
Weak proof of ties to the UK
What to do instead
Evidence tailored to what each consulate expects: employment, study, family or property.
Why it fails
Unexplained funds added just before applying
What to do instead
Bank history that matches your normal income, with any large deposit clearly explained and evidenced.
Why it fails
Booking non-refundable travel before the decision
What to do instead
Hold refundable or reservation-only bookings until the visa is granted.

Questions
Schengen visa questions
Which country do I apply to?
You apply to the country that is your main destination, where you will spend the most time. If you are spending equal time in several, you apply to the country you enter first. We help you work this out before you book anything.
How long does a Schengen visa take?
Embassies usually decide within about 15 calendar days, though it can take longer in busy periods or if extra checks are needed. The biggest delay is often getting an appointment, so it is best to start early. We help you book in good time for your travel date.
What documents do I need?
Typically a valid passport, recent photos, travel insurance with at least €30,000 of medical cover, proof of funds, your travel and accommodation plans, and proof of your ties to the UK such as a job letter or return ticket. We give you a checklist for your exact circumstances and check each item by hand.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and you should be careful of anyone who says they can. The embassy makes the decision. What we do is remove the avoidable reasons they say no, by getting your documents and application right before you submit.
What does it cost?
Our service fee is a clear amount shown before you pay anything. It is separate from the embassy visa fee, which is set by the authorities and paid to them. We tell you both so there are no surprises.
I was refused a Schengen visa before, can you help?
Yes. A second refusal is harder, so the reapplication has to fix the real reason for the first no. We work out what went wrong and put it right before you reapply.
Tell us about your trip
Message our UK team on WhatsApp and we'll tell you exactly what your Schengen application needs, or run the checker first.
